From 2003 to 2005 about 1300 examining staff members have been transfered from care for the old to administration in order to separate examining and executing staff in connection with free choice between public and private suppliers. Staff employed at private suppliers (c 1700) is not included. 2 municipalities have been without usefull reports and the number of staff have been unchanged.
